Why I built InsightSync
While building a market intelligence team in a fintech company, I kept seeing the same problem.
People across the organisation needed answers about markets, competitors, and accounts, but the knowledge was scattered. The same questions were asked again and again, and insights were hard to reuse.
I looked for tools that could adapt to how we actually worked. Most didn’t. They either forced rigid workflows or missed the nuance of our business.
That gap led to building a platform that helped teams share insight, stay aligned, and access the right information when it mattered. What started as an internal solution quickly proved useful far beyond one company. That became InsightSync.
